The short version

I work in precision manufacturing in the Portland metro — CNC, print reading, GD&T, and the unromantic details that decide whether a part is good. Fifteen-plus years in the trade, including aerospace and medical-grade tolerance work.

Off the clock I write. Kids' stories about kindness and backbone. Essays. Frameworks. A long argument that shop-floor attention and inner life are the same skill, used in two rooms.

KisaLove started as a family saying and became the public name for the work: cut the extra, keep the love, do the next honest thing. I'm not selling a personality transplant. I'm documenting what holds when life is loud — using the same feedback-loop thinking I use to hold a tolerance: intention, action, data, adjustment.

If you need a guru voice, this is the wrong site. If you want a machinist who writes in complete sentences, keep going.
